Site Updates and Changes
We regularly update our website and may change the content at any time. While we strive to ensure all information is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors, including pricing errors, without prior notice.
We may suspend access to our site or close it indefinitely at our discretion. Merchandise availability is subject to change, and we are not obligated to restock any product.
Pricing
Our prices are subject to change without notice. We do not negotiate prices.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. Orders placed after noon on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
If the product is in stock, it will ship within 3-10 business days. Made-to-order items may take up to 3- 6 weeks. Delivery estimates are based on anticipated shipping times from the moment of shipment. We aim to ship orders promptly, but delays may occur. Order status updates will be sent via email.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel orders within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email by contacting us at info@chasepostjewlery.com. Please note that custom orders and orders placed using promo codes are FINAL SALE.
Shipping
We use FedEx and UPS for domestic shipping to ensure prompt and safe delivery. Sales are subject to successful payment authorization and product availability. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Please note that custom orders may take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., customs clearances). All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
For international orders, you are responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value. If these payments are not made and the package is forfeited at customs, you will be responsible for all associated costs.
Price and Payment
Prices and delivery charges may change at any time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Prices do not include taxes.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 days from the receipt of the product unless a prior authorization is approved. To request a return, email us at info@chasepostjewlery.com. Do not return merchandise unless it complies with our return policy. We recommend using traceable shipping methods for returns. We are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
